Tsh talks to Leigh Kramer, an Enneagram aficionado and wise sage regarding where you suck. Or something like that.

Actually, the Enneagram is a powerful tool used to help identify personal strengths and weaknesses. More than a personality test, the Enneagram helps explain why you act the way you do when you’re stressed, and why you develop certain strengths when you’re growing. It can get confusing, so Leigh answers Tsh’s questions and shares her favorite resources for better understanding this fascinating ancient tool.

  1. Loved this! I completely geek out over personality tests and super enjoyed Leigh’s Enneagram and Blogging series. I think I need to go check out one of those books again b/c I’m not completely convinced I’m a 2 anymore :). Or maybe I just need a consult with Leigh 😉

Thanks for this, Tsh! I love the Enneagram – it is so, so helpful in life. Glad you’re spreading the love.

  3. I really enjoyed listening to this podcast since I have just started an Enneagram coaching and consulting business in St. Paul, MN. I loved Leigh’s response about how starting her biz allows her to talk about something she loves – the Enneagram – all the time! I’m finding the same to be true and it is such a joy. Tsh, I am a 3 and my husband is a 9 so I could relate to what you were saying. I used to be proud that we never fought, but the Enneagram has taught me that we are both conflict averse – now we make an effort to embrace the emotional honesty of a 6 and that has been a really helpful thing to remember.

Hi Tsh! Have you heard of the Birkman? I think you would really like it. Find out more here…http://www.birkman.com/. It can help i.d. a person’s passions, behaviors, motivation, and interests. I took it where I work.
