  1. I have some serious name baggage, too. When can you counsel?

  2. Woohoo! Heading out on a girls-only 2 night getaway in a few minutes…might have to introduce everyone in the car to the joy of the Simple Mom podcast! :)

  3. It was such a pleasure to listen to Tsh and Lisa-Jo! Thank you for the reminder about the upcoming (in)courage weekend!! I had forgotten about it. Can’t wait to hear the next Simple Mom podcast!

  4. I love all of the SimpleMom podcasts, but I especially enjoyed this one. We are currently Americans living in South Korea – it is fun to hear about other people’s experiences with TV in other countries/languages. I, too, may crank the volume every so often and try to catch the English under the Korean. Ya’ll do a great job of keeping it real – love it!

  5. Really enjoyed this! I have to say my love for the gypsy mama multiplied exponentially after hearing her speak about her love for BOOKS. It’s rare that I find a kindred spirit on this topic. ;)

Loved this! I love reading both of your blogs! And Lisa Jo! I am sitting in bed listening to this and next to me on my night stand are You’re Already Amazing and Jesus Calling! :)

  7. Great podcast – the first one of yours I’ve listened to but I’ll be back for sure. Love you both Tsh and Lisa Jo!! Thanks for sharing your conversation with us…

This is HILARIOUS -After listening to this I’m so grateful I don’t have a son (I”m referring to the farting bit of the conversation)

  9. I recently discovered the simple mom blog and podcasts and love them! I am going through the archives and listening to every podcast! I especially loved this one as I can relate to losing a parent (my dad died this year) and we are from Canada but living in England for 3 years. I feel like everyone around my age (35) still has both their parents and live in the same country as their family. I really appreciated hearing someone going through the same challenges as me!
