In this episode Tsh catches up with her friend Aimée Wimbush-Bourque of Simple Bites and the upcoming cookbook, Brown Eggs and Jam Jars. This little baby’s been a long time coming, so it’s so. exciting. it’s finally almost here!

They talk about what it’s like to create a cookbook, the beauty of slow blogging (again!), and what Canadians do for fun. Like playing hockey on their frozen pond. (Really.)

Head here for the show notes.

  1. Today I skated on the rink they make every winter on the baseball diamond of a local park; I also have friends who make their own rinks in their backyards. Embrace winter; it’s not leaving until it’s done.

I absolutely love Overdrive! I just discovered it and have been telling all my reading friends about it. I have a job where I can listen to whatever I want all day, and I have listened to SO MANY audio books while at work! It’s like audible for free! I haven’t explored their streaming video yet, but I’m sure I will soon! (Can you tell by all my exclamation points that I’m ecstatic about it? 😉 )
