I love listening to this podcast. The Vegan diet interested me enough to research it online. I would love for Heather to release her e-book or host another 30-day diet.

Thanks so much to both of you for your time and words. You inspire me to be a better woman/mom/wife.

    :)

I love hearing your podcast. It’s nice to hear the voices of some of our favorite Mama’s who are in the trenches with us. Can’t wait to hear more.

I’m listening now and really enjoying it. I’m a vegan of 1.5 years and wanted to share that Daiya cheese is really good on pizza.

Great to hear you! I’ve been toying with the idea of being a “daytime vegan” – eating vegan except for dinner. I’ve had a hard time though making this strategy coincide with my frugal method of cooking too much dinner in order to have lunches the following day. Although my husband was vegetarian for 7 years, he doesn’t think it’s dinner without some meat on the table, which means my lunches often fall short of where I want them to for my daytime veganism. I think I’ll try a little harder to make dinners that can double as my vegan lunch – with a little planning and creativity I think I can make it happen!

This podcast is new to me, and I’m not married or a mom, but I love it! Great ideas and wisdom for me to use when I do have kids :)
