Tsh and Mandi talk all about yard sales, how they keep their crazy homes organized, and Mandi’s new book.
Mandi also answers this burning question: When is the best time to buy new towels?
Tsh’s guest today is Mandi Ehman, organizing contributor at SimpleMom and author of her own blog Life Your Way.

Seems like it cut off? It was listed as 52 minutes, but only lasted about 20. Do I have to download to listen to the whole thing?
Hi Jessica. 52 minutes was right. You should be able to stream the whole episode. Want to try again? You can fast forward to where you were cut off. Sorry about that.
I L-O-V-E listening to the blogs. Thank you for posting. I listen to them on Friday’s at work. It’s better than the radio. Keep them coming! Renea.
I’m not a mom (hope to be one, someday), but I still enjoy listening to your podcast. I’m just on the 2nd one, and am with you about organizing! I do that as a hobby. It’s so fun! It brings me so much joy to re-organize a cupboard or closet. However, I’ve learned over almost 5 years of marriage that my husband does not share this love. He appreciates that I do it, but doesn’t find it necessary to re-organize his side of the closet. He does indulge me, and lets me organize his stuff. We also recently moved from a 4 bedroom house to a 1 bedroom apartment. It was so freeing to get rid of so many things! We both come from families that like to keep things, and I’m trying to avoid doing that. Sometimes I regret getting rid of things, but we try our best to keep the important things and hope that someone else can better use the things we’ve gotten rid of.
Thanks for podcasting!
I’m intrigued how both Mandi and her husband are able to be at home together?
I am new to these podcasts…I haven’t been able to get this episode to play. I have no problem with a number of others but this one doesn’t work. I have tried on different days and still not working.
Hi, are you trying to play it on this site or with a Podcast app?
